Another tragedy has occurred at the old Broadwalk last night. Francis Belcony(age 34) drove his car into the waters off of the Broadwalk. Locals said that Belcony was speeding and took a turn too sharp. This forced Belcony to speed off the side of the Boardwalk and end up in the water where the car quickly sank.
Although police have recovered the vehicle it is still unclear why Belcony did not escape the sinking car. Although it is suspected that Belcony's condition aided in the incident it has yet to be discovered if he was drinking or not.
Services will be held tuesday in St. Cedd's church, all are welcome.
